What does the tracker keep track of?
Your sponsorship tiers (name, price, seats, how many you can sell), every sponsor with their tier or a custom amount, whether they have pledged, been invoiced, or paid, and the totals: committed, paid, outstanding, seats and tables sold, and progress toward your goal.
Where is the data stored?
In this browser on this device, so you can come back to it. Export a CSV to share with your committee or move to another device. Nothing is sent to KindLumen.
Can I change the tiers?
Yes. Edit any tier’s name, price, seats, and limit, add tiers, or remove them. Sponsors already on a removed tier keep their amount.
How do I collect the sponsorship payments?
Create a KindLumen donation form (or a campaign for the event) and send sponsors the link or an invoice with it. Payments land in your own Stripe account and appear in your dashboard with the sponsor’s name.
